| Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Associate to support our Human Resources function. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, and organizational development. The selected candidate will gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR processes in a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus hiring initiatives. Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Support onboarding activities and new hire documentation. HR Operations Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Assist in attendance, leave, and employee data management. Support HR documentation, letters, and employee correspondence. Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures. Employee Engagement Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and team activities. Support employee communication programs and internal events. Assist in collecting employee feedback and maintaining a positive workplace culture. Learning & Development Support training coordination and learning initiatives. Maintain training records and track employee participation. Assist in preparing training-related reports and documentation. HR Administration Prepare and maintain HR reports and MIS data. Coordinate with various departments for HR-related requirements. Support audits and documentation reviews when required. Required Skills & Qualifications Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Psychology, or related disciplines. MBA (HR) graduates and final-year graduates awaiting results may also apply. Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Familiarity with HRMS tools and recruitment platforms is an advantage. Basic understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and recruitment processes. Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Good organizational and multitasking skills. High level of professionalism and confidentiality. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. |
